Villa Baissero is situated in Novigrad, a small fishing village and tourist destination on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, only 20 km from Slovenia and 40 km from Italy. The sea is only 40 m from Villa Baissero.
Inside the villa you will find 1suite, 3 single room suites (studios) and 2 rooms, all decorated with style and fully equipped.
The villa has a parking lot for your cars and bikes, a fenced garden where you have a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a small “free bar” where you can taste our traditional homemade liqueurs.
We wish to highlight the uniqueness of view that spreads from the balcony of our apartment from which you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and feel that this is the place where vacation becomes a reality.

On the large green area that stretches in front of Villa Baissero are a children’s park, a basketball court and mini soccer pitch, handball, beach volleyball and tennis courts, as a great complement to sun and sea.
Here you can rent bikes, Segway’s, pedal boats and various other equipment for water sports.

Nearby you can also enjoy the water park Istralandia.
Vicinity of the beach and local content
The beach is only 40 meters from the Villa Baissero, equipped with showers, benches and a public restroom; here you can also rent chairs and umbrellas.
On one part of the beach you will find gravel and the rest has kept its wild look. A belt of tall pines through which a walking and cycling path is passing through is protecting the beach, so there is no traffic noise.
Along the beach you can find a pastry shop, a coffee bar, a pizzeria and a restaurant where you can taste traditional local specialties.
Just a few meters away from the villa you will find a stand with fresh fruit and vegetables, a mini market and a newsstand. The tourist train that connects the center of Novigrad with local places is also passing in front of the villa.

Only a few walking minutes along the coast there is Novigrad, a quiet fishing town with a distinctive atmosphere characteristic of small Mediterranean villages.
Novigrad is full of sights, it has preserved its natural beauty, but you will also find shops that offer gastronomic delicacies. Besides the recognizable city walls with towers, in Novigrad you can visit the freestanding bell tower and the parish church of St. Pelagius with the only early Romanesque crypt in Istria, the Museum Lapidarium and Galerion, Gallery Rigo etc.
Novigrad guarantees to offer fun for all ages. Make sure to visit unavoidable events such as Gnam-Gnam fest, Astro party Lunasa, Evening of the Street Wizards, Ethno under the bell tower, a variety of concerts and other cultural events.
