Room Linda is located on the ground floor, rooms Manuela and Anna are on the first floor and room Lea and the extra room Julia are located on the second floor.

Wellness and content
In the central part of the estate is a big swimming pool (44 m2) with a terrace where there are chairs, umbrellas, toys for children and a trampoline. As part of the detached house, next to the pool, there is an impressive outdoor kitchen with a barbecue where you will be able to taste fresh seafood with a chilled glass of local Malvasia in good company. Inside the house you have a spa with a hot tub, an infrared sauna with chromotherapy and a room where you will be able to fully relax and enjoy with appropriate music in the background.

Included in the price is the following: VAT, visitor’s tax, heating and air condition, gas, bed sheets and towels for bathrooms and wellness, Wi-Fi, maintenance of the pool and surrounding, water, electricity, parking and a baby cot (if needed).
- Deposit of 500 EUR to pay in cash upon arrival
- Minimum stay in full season: 7 nights (It is possible to stay less than 7 nights, but the reserved period has to be within one Saturday and the next Saturday. The price will be the same as the weekly one.)
- Minimum stay in low season: 4 nights
- Animals are not allowed
- Check in from 15:00 – 19:00, check out until 9:30
- The accommodation will be at your disposal also if you come later than your planned arrival date (having informed us on time). In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved dates, the regular price will be charged. Payments for any unused services will not be refunded.
- On the arrival day, guests must have valid travel documents for check-in purposes. The documents will be returned after the registration of the guests will be made
- In case the guests are younger than 21 years of age, they are obliged to inform us immediately at the reservation about their age. In this case a payment of an additional deposit will be necessary for the insurance against the property damage.
- The customer must inform us about the exact number of guests that will be staying at the property. The maximum number of persons that the house can accommodate is 10 (including the children) and by law it can’t be exceeded. The owner retains the right to reject the guests in case that he has not been informed about their arrival and in that case the guests are not entitled to the return of the paid accommodation price.
Terms of payment
For a reservation to be confirmed an advance payment (account) of 30% of the total amount of the invoice needs to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days. The reservation only becomes valid after the receipt of the advance payment. We are sending payment details after we have accepted your reservation.
The rest of the payment can be made by bank transfer (on the same account) at least 30 days prior to arrival. All bank transfer costs are split (each party is paying the fees of their own bank).
For reservations made within 30 days before the arrival day, the total amount of reservation costs must be paid in the next 48 hours. In the case of the guest not sticking to the payment deadlines, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation terms
- Up to 60 days before the day of arrival: refund of half (50%) of the account payment or a voucher in half of the amount paid (50%) valid for a future reservation in the current or the next year.
- From 59 days up to the day of arrival or “no show”: no refund will be made.
We recommend to contract an insurance policy for the reservation cancellation risk.
COVID-19 flexible cancellation terms (in case the travel is restricted due to the pandemic)
Travel restrictions are considered: tourist cross-border travel not allowed or quarantine required at the time of the planned trip.
- Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: refund of the full amount (100%) of the account payment or a voucher in the full amount paid (100%) valid for a future reservation until the end of 2022.
- From 29 up to the day of arrival: a voucher of 90% of the amount paid valid for a future reservation until the end of 2022.
Umag
The popular coastal town of Umag is only seven kilometres away from Ville Lemaliante and offers a great variety of leisure activities, tourism facilities as well as a typical small port. In and around the city you will find many typical restaurants and bars where you can taste the Istrian cuisine, fresh fish, meat and truffles, as well as other specialties with the inevitable olive oil and wine from the surrounding area. Every July, at the tennis centre Stella Maris the tennis tournament ATP Croatian Open is held, where some of the biggest names in the world of men’s tennis are playing. Nearby you will find the rewarded water park Istralandia where you can spend a fun day with the whole family. The central part of the Istrian peninsula is also beautiful, with its picturesque towns on the hillsides where art and history tell their own story.
